POIPKRO, Perm

The State Institute for Pedagogic Further Education PKIPKRO in the Perm area (Russian Federation) is a leading centre of regional, pedagogical further education.

The courses are aimed at about 1,000 schools in the region. The centre offers training, guidance and the development of professional skills to all teaching persons, as well as scientific and methodological support in more than 400 regional and federal projects.

Three groups of school executives are trained in the following courses:

  • experienced school heads
  • deputy heads and young school heads
  • teachers wanting to become school heads 

Modules on the following topics are central to the courses: educational philosophy, psychology of learning, health education, school management and administration, economics, quality supervision and development. The Perm area is also official partner region of the land Lower Saxony.
